Spanish Class
So around the end of July on of the counselors in the Relief Society presidency pulls me aside and says "Speaking about talents....., we have a need of some of yours." It caught me so off guard I didn't know what to say haha. We talked for a bit and then it came to the light what she wanted from me. I guess there was some talk about women in the ward wanting to learn spanish, since we are combined with the Liahona 3rd (spanish speaking) ward. At first I was really excited to be able to use my spanish, but as the days grew closer to the 1st class, I grew more and more nervous. I thought to myself, "There is no way I can teach spanish to these women." But then my sweet husband said "I'm sure you'll do a good job, just look at it as a learning experiencing and grow from it." All in all it was a good class and now I know a little more on how to go about teaching these wonderful women.

You are just as bad as I am about keeping this thing updated! HA!! My last update was in Aug & I finally did it tonight. My kids are watching a LOT of Dora & Diego, OMG! They keep speaking to me in broken Spanish & I have to ask them, "ENGLISH please, mommy can't understand you!"
